Scope of Work
The full scope of services, deliverables, fees, and timelines will be detailed in a written proposal or agreement. Any adjustments to the scope must be requested in writing and formally approved by both parties prior to implementation.
Intellectual Property
All creative works produced by the agency — including but not limited to designs, graphics, concepts, and strategies — remain the exclusive property of the agency until full payment is received. Upon complete payment, ownership of final approved deliverables will be transferred to the client, unless otherwise specified in writing.
Payment Terms
Payment structures and due dates will be outlined in your proposal or invoice. Work will not commence until initial payment is received. Delays in payment may result in interest charges, service suspension, or termination of the agreement at the agency’s discretion.
Confidentiality
All sensitive or proprietary information disclosed during the project will be treated as strictly confidential. We will not share, distribute, or make use of any client information without written consent.
